Return & Refund Policy

At H2Oh!, we are committed to providing high-quality products that deliver the best possible results. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in the following cases: 

  • You received a wrong shipment

  • You received a damaged product 

  • You received an expired product.

 

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@shoph2oh.com. We ask for 48 hours to review your request and then we will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same. Once we receive the returned product, our team will review it to verify the issues described by you. If the issues are confirmed, we will process a refund within 24 hours. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or process refunds after 7 days of delivery.
